Washing symbols are the most commonly seen care symbols on clothing labels. They are shaped like a wash tub, where the number inside indicates the maximum washing temperature, and underlines below indicate the agitation level. These symbols help you choose the correct wash cycle to prevent shrinking, color bleeding, or damage.
