Common Stains and How to Remove Them
Oil/Grease Stains
- Sprinkle cornstarch or baking soda and wait 15 minutes
- Apply a drop of dish soap and gently work it in
- Wash in warm water
Coffee Stains
- Rinse with cold water immediately
- Soak in water mixed with vinegar for 15 minutes
- Wash as normal
Blood Stains
- Rinse with cold water immediately (never use hot water!)
- Soak in cold saltwater
- Wash as normal
Grass Stains
- Apply white vinegar to the stain
